Copyright: AOE Imagery reserves all rights to images. By booking, the client agrees to allow AOE Imagery to use images for marketing, promotional or any other business purposes.

Image Usage: The price of your session includes a perpetual usage fee. The client will have the right to use the content indefinitely.

Payment Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your session's total is required to appointment your session and will go towards your total. The remainder is due at the time of your session.

Late Policy: Please arrive on time with hair and makeup done to allow the maximum time to shoot. There will be a short time for dressing and touch ups during set up.

Cancelation Policy: Any cancelations need to be made at least 72 hours prior to session. Client can reschedule up to 48 hours prior to session. A new deposit is required if rescheduling within 48 hours.

- Our studio is located at 7511 Main St. Clients are responsible for booking a preferred studio. If you need help finding a studio with a certain set, please contact us at aoe.imagery@gmail.com for suggestions.

- On-Locations include but are not limited to restaurant patios, stores, or even your personal business suite. Clients are responsible for ensuring permission is granted to shoot at any on-location or outdoor location.

- I do NOT provide raw images.

- Clients are responsible for bringing any props they want to in corporate in their session. Limited seating props are available upon request.

- Please refrain from editing or adding filters to your photos. If there is anything you don't like or something you'd prefer done differently, just let me know and I'll try a different approach. I'm more than happy to make changes.

- Watermarked proofs will be sent within 24 hours of shoot. The turnaround time starts after the number of images included in your package are chosen for edits. Proofs are not meant to be used outside of choosing your picks for edits.

- We kindly ask that you credit us when you post. A simple tag can help us continue to grow!
